Whether you're facing planned/large-scale maintenance, a retrofit of your old control system, or need an entirely new system for your movable structure, mixer, pumping station, or port automation, DBM is happy to carry out the renovation or new construction for you.
During major maintenance, we replace everything from the drive system to audio/video. We replace the entire control system and all cabling. Naturally, we also examine whether improvements can be made immediately, based on your wishes, changing requirements, and new technologies.
Can a bridge or lock, for example, be made smart with IoT connections, suitable for remote control? We know the solutions and are happy to think along with you.
Control rooms
The control room is the central hub in a critical process. The importance of these control centers is therefore extremely high. We understand this like no other and go to great lengths to ensure that the primary process keeps running at all times. We are at home in both the OT and IT domains. All disciplines come together in control rooms—networks, servers, fiber-optic-ready connections—we take care of everything needed to control equipment remotely.
We have a great deal of expertise in-house, but if we lack sufficient knowledge in a specific discipline, we will say so. In such cases, we coordinate with external partners to deliver a fully integrated and functional solution. We possess enough knowledge of all disciplines to manage and direct this coordination effectively.
Panel construction
Panels are the heart of industrial automation. That’s why we automatically include them in our build projects. In addition, we also take on standalone panel construction requests. We do this for direct clients as well as for fellow companies in our industry who could use some help due to limited capacity or expertise.
Working method
DBM has extensive knowledge and experience in industrial automation, which is clearly reflected in our projects. Our working method is exceptionally structured and efficient. In our workshop, we have built test setups that fully simulate real-world situations. As a result, we encounter very few surprises on-site. This allows us to keep our lead times exceptionally short.
